Which phones support an Ezigo eSIM?
Most carrier-unlocked phones released since 2018 work, including iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, and Google Pixel 3 and later. The Phones tab above lists the Xiaomi, OPPO, Honor, Motorola, Huawei, Sony, Sharp, TCL and Nokia models we have confirmed.
Which iPads support an Ezigo eSIM?
Only cellular iPads with eSIM hardware, which on this page means iPad Pro 13-inch and 11-inch (M4), iPad Air 13-inch and 11-inch (M3), iPad 10th and 11th generation, and iPad mini 7. Wi-Fi-only iPads have no eSIM chip and cannot use a data plan.
Can I install an Ezigo eSIM on a Windows laptop?
Yes, if the laptop has a built-in cellular modem that supports eSIM. Most Wi-Fi-only models do not. The Laptops tab above lists the Surface, ThinkPad, XPS, Zenbook, EliteBook and Galaxy Book models we have confirmed.
Can I use the eSIM and my physical SIM at the same time?
Yes. Keep your own SIM in the phone for calls and texts, and set the Ezigo line as the one that carries mobile data. Both lines stay active, and you choose which one does what in the phone's cellular settings.
How do I install and activate the eSIM?
Your QR code arrives by email after checkout. Connect to Wi-Fi, open Settings, choose Add eSIM (or Add Cellular Plan), and scan the code. Installing does not start the plan: your days begin when the eSIM first connects to a network in your destination country.
How do I check whether my device is carrier-unlocked?
On iPhone, open Settings, then General, then About, and look at Carrier Lock. It should read No SIM restrictions. On Android, ask your current provider, or insert a SIM card from another network and see whether it connects.
